Privacy Policy

This policy explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It describes the site as it works today — not aspirationally.

Working draft: this policy must be reviewed and completed (retention periods, legal basis, processor agreement, and any applicable registrations) before launch. It is not final legal text.

What the contact form collects

The contact form collects only the information you enter into it:

  • Name and email address, so we can reply
  • Your goal and a short description of your project
  • Optional: organization, current website, budget range, desired timeframe
  • Submitting IP addresses are used only to apply rate limiting against abuse

How it is used

Your details are used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. They are not used for newsletters, profiling, or advertising, and they are never sold.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie is a short-lived language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) set when you actively choose a language.

Processors

When email delivery is configured, enquiries are sent through an email delivery provider (currently Resend). No other third parties receive form data, and no analytics service is currently in use.

Storage and retention

Enquiries arrive as regular emails in the agency inbox and are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation. A binding retention period must be defined by the owner before launch.

Your rights and questions

You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to further contact at any time — simply reply to our email or use the contact form.
